SLU-PP-332 is a lab-made "exercise mimetic" that activates estrogen-related receptors. In obese mice it increased energy use and reduced fat. It has never been tested in people.

Diet-induced obese mice and genetically obese (ob/ob) mice.
How
Animal treatment experiments measuring energy expenditure, fat burning, fat mass and insulin sensitivity.
What it found
Treated mice burned more energy and fat, gained less fat and showed better insulin sensitivity than controls.
Limits
All evidence comes from mice. There are no human safety or efficacy data, and the compound is not an approved drug or a recognized dietary ingredient.
