Version 2026-10-20. The rules for a free PepsRadar account, in plain language.

This agreement is written in plain language and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It may be updated after a legal review; any change gets a new version date.

Version 2026-10-20 adds the optional display name to the privacy section. Members who accepted version 2026-10-19 do not need to accept again.

1. What PepsRadar is

PepsRadar is an education and research information service. It summarizes published research, public records and what sellers publish about their own products. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using it does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Talk to a qualified clinician about any health decision.

2. No dosing or usage instructions

PepsRadar does not give dosing, administration, mixing or usage instructions for any product, and does not recommend using or buying any product. Nothing in the members area, including Ask PepsRadar, is a recommendation to use a product.

3. PepsRadar sells nothing

PepsRadar does not sell, supply or ship any product, and does not take orders or payments for products.

4. Products from listed sellers

Products offered by the sellers listed in the members area are not FDA-approved drugs and are not approved for human use. Listing a seller or a product is not an endorsement, and it is not a statement that a product is safe, of any particular quality, or legal to buy or use where you live.

5. Age

You must be 21 or older to have a PepsRadar account.

6. Affiliate links

Some seller links in the members area are affiliate links. If you buy through one, PepsRadar may earn a commission. Commissions never affect our evidence assessments, our lab-report checks or how we describe sellers.

7. Sellers are independent

Sellers are independent third parties. Purchases, payment, shipping, product quality, returns and disputes are between you and the seller, under the seller’s own terms. PepsRadar is not a party to any purchase.

8. What a lab-report check means

A lab-report check describes what the testing lab’s public records showed at the time we checked: for example, whether a certificate or lot number was on record and whether its figures matched the seller’s copy. It is not a test of any specific vial you receive and does not guarantee identity, purity, sterility or safety. Records and products can change after we check.

9. Members content is for your own use

Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, republish or redistribute members-area content or data, including seller details, prices and lab-report checks, and do not use automated tools to access the members area. Sharing a short excerpt with a link back to PepsRadar is fine.

10. Your account

One person per account. Keep your password private and do not share your account. Email admin@pepsradar.com if you think someone else has used it.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks this agreement, abuses the service (including Ask PepsRadar), or tries to get around access controls.

12. Privacy

We store your email address, an optional display name if you give one, a hash of your password (never the password itself), your email preferences, the peptides you follow, your price alerts, your sign-up, confirmation and log-in dates, and when you accepted this agreement and confirmed your age. The site owner can see these details to run the service. Account emails are sent with Resend; the PepsRadar Weekly and price alerts are sent with Kit when you turn them on. We do not sell your information. The privacy policy has the details.

13. Email preferences and deleting your account

You choose which emails you get in your account settings and can change them anytime; every newsletter and alert email has an unsubscribe link. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting it removes your account data from PepsRadar and unsubscribes your address in Kit.

14. Changes to this agreement

If we change this agreement, we will publish the new version here with a new version date and tell members by email before it applies to them.
